December 8, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #17 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #16-0033 FOR SHINGLED ROOF INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Shingled Roof Installation and Repair Services' were received from six vendors on October 27, 2015. The bid of Ryman Construction, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Ryman Construction, Inc., for 'Shingled Roof Installation and Repair Services' in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00, be approved as presented.
